Role of Pennsylvania and Northeast U.S. in the Development of MTGMs

Military-trained gang members have been present since the birth of the United States. In the Northeast U.S., the gangs in early New York quickly acquired military training during the Revolutionary War, and continued their criminal activity in New York and places as far away as San Francisco, CA.
