Scroll Less – Learn More

We’ve all been there—scrolling through social media, half-engaged, half-asleep, and realizing twenty minutes later that we learned absolutely nothing.

I’ve been exploring something different lately, both for my students and my family: microlearning.

Scroll Less, Learn More

It’s short, focused learning that fits into your life instead of taking it over. Two minutes here, a quick scenario there, real knowledge that actually sticks.

Now, AI makes it even better. Tools like Pico AI, Arist, or 5Mins.ai turn lessons into scroll-sized bursts of curiosity.

You can even use ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or Grok:

“Teach me one useful interview question in under a minute.” “Give me a 3-question quiz on use-of-force principles.” “Summarize a Supreme Court case in 100 words with one reflection question.”

That’s how learning becomes a habit, not a chore.

Here’s how I measure success:

✅ 3 micro-lessons a week

✅ One short reflection (“What stuck with me?”)

✅ One real-world application before the week ends

For twenty-somethings especially, this isn’t about replacing social media—it’s about reclaiming attention and stacking small wins that build into lifelong competence.

Imagine a feed where every scroll makes you smarter instead of numb.

I’m building that.

And I’m inviting others to join me.
